Experienced Event Planners

We have planned a wide variety of events, both one-time and recurring, and have worked with many local non-profits, corporations and small businesses. We have conducted events from Brainerd to Minneapolis, specializing in the St. Cloud area.   The long list of events that we have managed includes numerous fundraising events, annual meetings, company parties and special celebrations, open houses, book signings, picnics, a business history display, many corporate and employee incentive gifts, etc. 

Before we started our business after many years of volunteering in our community, we were the Special Events Coordinators at Cathedral High School in St. Cloud.  We were in charge of their fundraising events which included a fall show paired with a silent auction, a magazine drive, a golf outing and the Rockin' Round the Clock concert & raffle. (Some of the entertainers that we worked with for this concert include Bobby Vee, Three Dog Night, Tommy James and the Shondells, Shirley Alston Reeves of the Shirelles, and Liverpool Legends - a Beatles tribute band managed by George Harrison's sister, Louise.) We managed all aspects of these large events as well as coordinating the volunteers for various needs at the school.

We have had the pleasure to meet and work with many wonderful people and have made many good connections in our community after many years of volunteering, working and living in Central Minnesota.
